With the global pandemic creating a new normal, opportunities feel unreachable and change is necessary. Grow with Google needed to ensure that more people succeed in a digital world by helping them find jobs, grow their skills, careers or business Through free trainings, courses, tools, events & helpful resources.​

Key insights from user interviews​​

  • Job seekers and SMB owners were most impacted by the situation. 

  • Job seekers lacking the skills to adapt to new requirements of the job market and know-hows to navigate during current situation

  • Business owners were lacking in funding and support to persist in periods of uncertainty

Concept Ideation​​

After understanding our design challenges, we started identifying opportunity areas by thinking of blue sky scenarios. We consolidated our ideas into key concepts and detailed each of them to show how they help address different user needs and goals.
 

We then shared those key concepts with our clients, to get feedback on which features can help elevate the Grow with Google experience.
